Tasting notes
Rich dark fruit with hints of leather. Earthy with wonderful acidity and a wonderful vanilla aroma.
Grown at 3700ft elevation in the Texas High Plains. Fermented on skin for 20 days. Aged in French and American oak for 6 months each.
