Midnight Yell is a rich dessert wine with full body and aromas of cocoa and butterscotch. Rounding out the senses are decadent flavors of chocolate and ripe cherries. This wine has a beautiful finish that lingers and pairs perfectly with decadent desserts.

Gig 'Em Red is a dynamic, red blend with notes of dark fruit. This full-bodied wine is aged in French and American Oak which adds hints of baking spices. Its fleshy mouthfeel makes it an optimal pairing for beef and pastas with hearty red sauces.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is well rounded with bold tannins, full body and rich flavors. Expect lush dark berry jam or black plum on the palate with small hints of dried herbs on the nose. The double barrel aging gives off aromas of cedar or leather. These characteristics blended together give a fleshy mouthfeel that is perfect for barbecue.

This wine is a smooth, French oaked Chardonnay that features wonderful aromas of pie crust and crème brûlée. It is served only slightly chilled because the warmer temperature releases exciting flavors of honeydew melon and starfruit giving this wine an extra spark that matches the Aggie spirit. 

This late harvest Muscat Canelli is a medium bodied dessert white wine with fragrant aromas of orange peel. Flavors of stone fruits like peach and nectarine come to life on the palate leaving a silky mouthfeel and medium finish.
