This richly textured Primitivo has evolved into a complex, layered wine with deep secondary and tertiary characteristics. This Paulo Cabernet Franc has developed noted of exotic mushrooms and dried fennel that delicately come through while the red fruit profile persists with flavors of bramble and baked strawberry. While still a lively wine, its sweet tobacco and spice notes from aging have softened, enhancing the wine's complexity. This Cabernet Franc is an ideal pairing with pork, vegetarian dishes or soft cheeses. 

Paulo Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied red wine with flavors of black plums, cranberry and hints of dried fig. Oak aging in our finest barrels adds ripe tannins and layers of baking spices, cedar and violet.

Because they are extremely close in DNA, Primitivo has many of the same characteristics of Zinfandel. Paulo Primitivo has aromas of dill with intense flavors of ripe berries and a touch of pepper.

Messina Hof Solera Texas Sherry layers the palate with rich, nectarous flavors of vanilla, jackfruit, and dried fig. This wine's truffle-like sweetness is balanced with tertiary notes of lightly salted almonds.
