2015 Paulo Cabernet Franc

This Paulo Cabernet Franc has developed noted of exotic mushrooms and dried fennel that delicately come through while the red fruit profile persists with flavors of bramble and baked strawberry. While still a lively wine, its sweet tobacco and spice notes from aging have softened, enhancing the wine's complexity. This Cabernet Franc is an ideal pairing with pork, vegetarian dishes or soft cheeses.
