Medium-bodied with bold cherry and plum flavors overlaid with earth, leather and smoke tones. This Tempranillo also has wonderful acidity and vanilla aromas.
Production notes
The grapes of this Tempranillo are grown at 3700 ft elevation in the Texas High Plains and fermented on skin for 20 days. Aging in French and American oak for six months gives this wine the rustic and robust character that masters the Texas spirit.
