Production notes
Fredericksburg was founded by Prussian bureaucrat, John O. Meusebach. He had a vast interest in what was called the Republic of Texas, and wanted to pursue his interest in geology and horticulture. He proudly served as Commissioner General of the Society for the “Protection of German Immigrants in Texas,” also called the “Noblemen’s Society.”
