This dry Riesling is refreshingly crisp and vibrant with aromas of citrus blossom and melon. Flavors of green apple and lime are balanced with subtle tones of minerality. Its delicate acidity and texture make this Riesling a versatile wine to pair with many foods, especially light seafood dishes and chicken.
This is the first dry Riesling produced by Messina Hof in over 10 years. It balances the Messina Hof Riesling portfolio which already includes a semi-sweet Riesling (Father and Son) and Late Harvest dessert Riesling (Angel). This dry Riesling is created using free run juice, which give this wine a pure, elegant crispness and a clean finish.
