Messina Hof's Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon is a unique wine where the age of the grapevine gives it a distinguished balance of black plum and dark jammy flavors. This Cabernet finishes with prominent aromas of fresh wood shavings and worn leather and pairs well with a variety of foods including wild game.

Because they are extremely close in DNA, Primitivo has many of the same characteristics of Zinfandel. Paulo Primitivo has aromas of dill with intense flavors of ripe berries and a touch of pepper.

Petite Sirah is a full-bodied wine with strikingly deep violet hues. Equally bold aromas of dark tea leaves and smoke entice the nose. Flavors of wild black cherries and plum coat the mouth with hints of baking spices from oak aging. Rich tannins create structure bold enough to pair with strong flavors and herbs such as black pepper, clove and rosemary. 

Our Private Reserve Tempranillo is a full-bodied red wine with soft aromas of vanilla, herbs and smoke from oak aging. Bold dark cherry and plum flavors along with vivid acidity provide a fleshy mouthfeel and long, smooth finish.

Our Sagrantino Reserva is a dark red wine with intense tannins and rich, jammy fruit flavors. Oak aging adds hints of vanilla and cinnamon with earthy undertones. 

Messina Hof's Sangiovese delights with balanced flavors of rustic eathiness and tart cherries. Tannins and acidity are counterbalanced with light oak aging to provide roundness that pairs well with roasted game meats or dishes with a hearty tomato sauce. 

Messina Hof's Private Reserve Chardonnay is a full-bodied wine with buttery aromas complemented with flavors of melon and apricot. This wine pairs perfectly with hearty fish and seafood courses, veal, poultry dishes and butter sauces. 

Messina Hof Tawny Port is fermented with slow oxidation to develop rich, nutty, caramel flavors that blend with chocolate and cherry undertones. Oak aging develops additional vanilla character and soft tannins to round out this remarkable dessert wine.

Messina Hof Solera Texas Sherry layers the palate with rich, nectarous flavors of vanilla, jackfruit, and dried fig. This wine's truffle-like sweetness is balanced with tertiary notes of lightly salted almonds.
