Wine Club Terms & Conditions

• I authorize Messina Hof to automatically charge my card according to my club preference, prior to each allocation, and agree that the charge is non-refundable. This includes wine, shipping, and any applicable state and local tax.
• I certify that I am at least 21 years of age.
• I understand that I must notify Messina Hof via email at vip@messinahof.com of any changes to, or cancellations of, my account. If I am a VIP Wine Club Member, I understand that such changes or cancellations must be made before the quarterly noted change deadline.
• I agree to receive a minimum of two Messina Hof VIP Wine Club allocations, or I will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
• I understand that if I selected pick-up, my quarterly allocation is not customizable unless Custom Wine Club has been selected, or unless shipped, and that if I have not picked up by the last day of the noted time frame, my wine will be automatically shipped to the shipping address on file, and shipping fees charged to my card.
• I acknowledge that someone 21 or older must sign for each wine club shipment I receive. If no one is available to sign after three delivery attempts, I understand my shipment will be returned to Messina Hof and I am responsible for any reshipping fees that may apply.
