Private Reserve Pinot Noir
Tasting notes
Pinot Noir is a light-bodied wine with wonderful flavors of bing cherries and strawberry fruit essences that entice the senses. Oak aging develops soft leather tannins and hints of mushroom. The balanced acidity and rich flavors make this Pinot Noir a flawless choice when pairing light meats, grilled foods, seafood, and pasta.
Production notes
These Pinot Noir grapes come from the Texas High Plains. Aging in hybrid American and French oak barrels give this wine a rich, elegant roundness. Serve at 65°F.
