2015 Paulo Primitivo

This Primitivo shows beautiful maturity with savory aromas of sun-dried tomato and olive. A slight heat on the palate is followed by flavors of roasted red pepper and dried fruit, with a touch of smoke. Balanced acidity and softened tannins carry through to a long, satisfying finish. Drinking beautifully now, it pairs well with robust pasta dishes, grilled vegetables, or slow-cooked meats.
