Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting notes
Sauvignon Blanc is a light bodied wine with striking aromas of lemon grass that are beautifully complemented with succulent flavors of white peach and fresh melon. These elements along with Sauvignon Blanc’s bright acidity make this a wine that pairs well with vegetables, pastas or light seafood.
Production notes
These grapes are grown at 3,700ft elevation in the Texas High Plains. Intense sunlight brings out great, ripe flavors. Messina Hof's Sauvignon Blanc is stainless steel cold fermented to bring out the beautiful fruit characteristics that Sauvignon Blanc has to offer.
